We want you to love your Jewelry by Moon Magic pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place your jewelry back into its original Moon Magic gift box and secure it in a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
